Send us the Shipping Kit containing the precious metals. If you use the provided FedEx Express Saver, shipping is Free and your precious metals are insured up to $1000 through FedEx. If you require additional insurance on your shipment, please contact us.
When we receive your Shipping Kit, we will carefully inspect its contents by:
1) identify the type of precious metals you sent us and
2) weigh the precious metals.
Once the type and weight of the precious metals are verified we will contact you with our offer to purchase your precious metals.
If you accept our offer to purchase, your payment will be promptly sent.
If you reject our offer to purchase, your precious metals will be shipped back to you via FedEx Express Saver at our expense and insured for the offer amount.
